London Flash Platform User Group

June 21st, 2006 · No Comments

I had been meaning to post this last week, but with the whole host moving operation it got missed. On Thursday the inaugural London Flash Platform User Group will take place. The line up looks pretty cool I have to say. There have also been some superb prizes donated to the cause.

I got a chance to talk to Stuart Eccles, one of the presenters, last night over beer and footy. Stu has been raving about the capabilities of Ruby for some time, and is a prime reason for my moving to a hosting provider that offers support for it. As yet however I have not really had a chance to apply it to anything, or indeed known where its best to apply it.

Hopefully that will all be answered.

How about donating a coffee, beer or even a round of beers for my efforts here? Thats around £2.50 for a coffee or a pint or about £10 for a round of beers. Cheers!
